Here I am again,,,looking to this list for help. And a wonderful group of people you are!!!!

Things are constantly changing,,,product ingredients, that is.

I would like to get my hair colored, and possibly a perm.

Now I know there are people who believe that gluten CANNOT be absorbed in the skin. Well, I had my hair colored 6 months ago when I was first diagnosed, and 'getting adjusted' I don't know if I had a skin reaction or not,,,,,,,as I have DH,,,,but it has not been officially diagnosed. I used a beauty salon shampoo and conditioner that had wheat protein in it and a very expensive moose,,,,,I have not used them for 6 months and have not had 'bumps' on my scalp/itchiness.

So, my question is,,,,what salon products should I look for/ask about? No, I am not one to 'do my own hair,' I do not have a clue. I really hate the DH stuff, and really don't want to go through the pain/itching, etc that goes with it. My hair gets so oily so fast.

Any help would be appreciated. Please only positive replies.
