I'd love some recipes using taro flour and if you have one for gluten free
bread that tastes even remotely like the regular stuff.  My son absolutely
was a breadaholic and we are having a tough time finding tasteful
substitutes.  I also wholeheartedly agree...why do we need the doctors to
tell us what we already know..there's is certainly no harm in a wheat free
diet if indeed there is no allergy! Barb
