Regarding whether or not Taco Bell restaurants offer GF menu selections, I'll
offer my own personal experiences.

My 5 year old Celiac daughter (a creature of habit) always ordered the same
thing at Taco Bell: a "hard" (corn) shell with shredded cheese in it - no
meat, no beans,no sauce, etc, and a Pepsi. She's had a reaction every time.
I wonder about the possibility of cross-contamination with the flour
("soft") tortillia shells. I always watched carefully to make sure they put
my daughter's hard shell into a paper wrapper before moving it down the
assembly line, but the results have always been the same. After 3 or 4 tries,
we gave up on Taco Bell.

Perhaps she is sensitive to another "non-gluten" ingredient in the shells or
the cheese, but I doubt it. Her gluten reactions are pretty obvious.

Hope this helps......
