I posted before asking if anyone knew how to CONVERT a classic cookie recipe into one that is GF. I have Arrowroot  GF All Purpose Baking Mix. There are no directions on how to use it with cookies although it claims to be a "wonderful ingredient for cookies." This is all I have in the house--and xanth. gum... . No Pamela's. Does anyone know how to make cookies with this mix today?
