My son, daughter, and I are all celiac, and are quite sensitive. We use
olive oil and balsamic vinegar on our salad every night, and have done so
for quite some time. We love it! I also appreciate not having to search for
a GF salad dressing.

We get the Kirkland Signature Balsamic Vinegar from Costco. The Kirkland
Signature on any product is the Costco house brand that signifies it is
either "as good or better" than the best on the market. So I'm sure there
are no cheap ingredients in this. It think it costs about $9.00 for a liter.
