Just wanted to call attention to an article in the USA Weekend which
comes in our Sunday paper.  The have a feature under the Spring Health
Report that is about food labeling!  It is a really good article and
mentions our problem of celiac disease!  It is not a big article and
could be missed unless you are looking for it, but anyone who does have
this magazine section in their paper should look it up.    They have a

as an address, 1000 Wilson Blvd., Arlington, Va. 22229.  I am going to
let them know I appreciate this article and that there are many of us
