Hi Folks,

One member of our list, who lives in Tucson suggested Cafe Poca Casa, in old
town Tucson. He suggested that one call the chef Suznne Davila and talk to
her prior to going. I tried calling in the afternoon and she was already gone.
I would suggest calling late morning or early afternoon. Nonetheless, we had
a great meal and everything was checked to make sure it was GF. This is a
wonderful Mexican restaurant whether or not you are a Celiac. It has interesting
Mexican food--the feel of home cooked. The dishes are interesting and
spicey. I would highly recommend it. The plates are so large that my husband and I
could have shared one dish, but we liked the variety. The restaurant was
noisy but then so many of them are. It is a pretty spot.

The phone number is (520) 622-6400. It is located on the ground floor of a
hotel--so it would be easy to miss.

I have no vested interest in this restaurant. Just really appreciated the
heads-up from Jack on our list.

Helen
