Hello all,

A customer just mentioned that he went to a conference last weekend and was
told that celiacs cannot eat mushrooms.  Has anyone ever heard of this?  If
so can you explain why they are not suitable for a gluten-free diet?  I've
been celiac for 25 years, have never heard of this and have always enjoyed
mushrooms.  Thanks.
