I was recently in search of single serving packets of GF soy sauces, and could 
not find a place that would sell me less than 500 of them at time. So I 
emailed Minimus, a company that sells loads of travel size and single serving 
packets of things suggesting that they add GF soy sauce to their product line. 
Good news! They will, and as soon as it is available, I'll be ordering it.

Here is the reply I received from Minimus:

stock. It should be on our site and available for purchasing in a few days.
