Hi folks, back again.

I have a heap of stuff here, it is probably best if you email me to send
it to you, because it is a little more extensive than usual and it will
be too long to put on here.  I will tack it on to the end of my existing
document of gf stuff. You can then just print out the bits that you
want.

This list is from AJC, Ardmona, Balgay, Berri, Castlemaine Ham, Cowra
Gold, Edgell, Goulburn Valley, Harvest, Heinz baby food, IXL, Monbulk,
Mountain Maid, Rosella, Safcol, Seakist, Smuckers? (ever heard of
