Hi Guys,  I need some help.  I recently bought two bread mixes from kinnikinnick and can't figure out how to make enough for a regular bread loaf (I think it's a 5x9" pan).  The directions call for 3 parts mix and 2 parts water but when I made the suggested recipe on the bag the loaf was only about 1 -2 inches high.   Does anyone know how many cups of mix I need?  I can figure out the porportions but I need to know where to start.  Thanks for any help you can give me.  Sandy
