Celiac Disease and other IgA antibody reactions to foods require that I follow a gluten free, dairy and casein free, yeast free with limited simple sugars, soy free, very little citrus-lemon and lime only, tomato free, low fat meal plan. My questions are as follows:
1. What can I use for a butter alternative- margarine is fine if there is one as I don't use very much?
2. Is Organic Dark Blackstrap Molasses as I need Magnesium but dont tolerate the doses in the supplements very well?
3. Are there any breads without gluten, dairy, yeast, soy, or sugars in large amounts? Breads for lunches or vegetable breads are welcome.
It would also be helpful to know where I could locate any of the above if it is an unusual brand that is not available locally.
Information on any of the questions would be great or any other suggestions would be useful.
Thanks to all for your help! I really appreciate all the information I have received on my previous posts.
