Had several responses to my question on bread machines
3 responded about the Zojirushi, none of them has had any problems, and
highly recommend it as the best machine for gluten free bread.

4 replies on the cuisinart, all use it on the gluten free setting and have
good results. all recommend it as the one to buy.

The breadman seems to have problems on the gluten free setting. They all
recommend using different settings. one user uses the rapid white another
uses the basic white and one uses the whole wheat setting. It seems to me
that it doesn't make since to buy the breadman just for the gluten setting
as it doesn't seem to work.

Zojirushi is a good choice except for the price, about $200
The best bet seems to be the Cuisinart @ $125

and some say just bake bread in the oven, invest in a good mixer.
