It was suggested I post this. Hope you find it
helpful.

There are ways to reduce those tiny non-stick coating
flecks from getting into your food:

1. Use only wood or plastic cooking utensils (even
if the manufacturer says that metal is okay).

2. Wash by hand, if at all. The best way to care
for a non-stick coating is to wipe it clean after use.

Dishwasher detergents are abrasive as are some
scrubbing sponges. Use plastic scrubbers if
necessary.

3. Never heat your pan without some kind of oil in
it, even if it is a spritz of non-stick cooking
spray. The coating does better heating with some oil
in it.

4. When the coating becomes worn and starts to flake-
time for a new pan.
