There is a popular weekly show on the Bravo Channel with a name like "Odd
Eye for the Straight Guy" (had to edit that to get it past the email
screening programs per the listowner). Tuesday night, when the episode
aired at 10pm, there was a 'gluten free encounter' that we enjoyed at my
house.
The husband, who was being made over by the Fab Five, made a gluten free
dessert for his gluten intolerant (that is how Ted described her) wife.
Ted and the husband went to a health food store and examined the gluten
free offerings there (film of DeBoles pasta and Bob's Red Mill flour).
At the end of the show, the husband made a raspberry parfait (gluten
free,of course).
It was fun seeing folks like us on the show. Hope some of you caught the
show also.
