I am not sure what the original question was, but I wanted to address the
symptom of pressure in the head (over the eyes). I am still lactose
intolerant after 6 yrs. on a GF diet and have never had a headache as a
symptom. The advertising that surrounds Lact-Aid and other lactase enzyme
products do not cite this as a symptom of lactose intolerance. I am not
saying that you do not have a lactose intolerance, but that I doubt that
these particular symptoms are due to it. From my layperson's standpoint,
it would seem that the cheese may have triggered a migraine. I really
think that you should find a clinic and see a doctor.
It seems that you have alot of health problems that you are trying to
self-diagnose. Where are you located? Perhaps some one else on the list
can help you find a clinic or a physician who does either sliding scale or
pro bono work. I am not a doctor and am not trying to give you medical
advice, but just regular garden-variety advice to consult a doctor to get
a clear picture of what you health problems are due to before they get any
worse. Good luck and better health!
