After a bout last winter with low RBC (red blood cell count) and low
hemoglobin I made a rapid recovery to near normal. Now, though feeling fine, my
latest lab work shows the low counts have returned. (RBC 3.21 mil/mm and HGB
10.8 gm/DL) My urologist (for prostate cancer) seemed to not consider the
figures of concern and I haven't spoken to my internist yet. Anyone have
suggestions relative to diet or supplements for attempting to boost these numbers?

Tom
