I have just returned from a cross country trip.  These were my favorite Gluten Free finds.  I never see them spoken of on this list so I thought I would give them a plug.  They all have Gluten Free menus and they have been fantastic at all the locations I have visited.  I am home now and wishing they had locations here in North Idaho!
