Hi

The nutritionist at the Celiac center in Boston advised me to have more
grains other than rice in my diet. I got Teff, Quinoa and Amaranth from
Bob's Red Mill which originally went down well (seemingly), but I am now
quite sure something about them does not agree with me. I am 2 years post
dignosis, clearly very sensitive, but while still recovering, feel pretty
good about 75% of the time (knock wood).

I would like to still have at least quinoa in my diet. If any other very
sensitive celaics could make a recomendation, I would appreciate it.

Also, if anyone can suggest a sunflower nut butter, that would also be
appreciated. I have a jar of Trader Joe's waiting in the pantry, but my
reaction to the first brand I tried was dramatic enough that I am reluctant
to try it unless others can say they eat it without problems.

I will summarize.

Please let me thank all of you who participate in this Listserv. It is an
amazing resource for me on a daily basis. Thank you all.

Amy Cohen
