Dear All,
I would like to know if anyone has ever done the figures on how much the
Celiac diet actually costs per year/month? I know that there can be a
range, depending on how "fancy" or indulgent one would be on sweets or
treats. I am looking for a ball park figure for a reasonable diet. I
need it for some legal paperwork and just my statement is sure not to be
enough. I would appreciate any help you could be. Thank you.
