I'm an Italian girl, Paola. I have celiac disease and I'm planning for next summer a 2 weeks trip into USA west coast : San Francisco + National Parks and Canyons.
 
It will be great to have a list of restaurants or places were I can eat properly gluten free without any risk or any market where I can buy gluten free products.
 
The place I will be into are: California, Colorado, Arizona and Utah. We will arrive and stay in San Francisco for 2 days where I could buy some food GF if there's possibility of a specialized market.(just becouse is not possible to bring any deteriorable food through USA custom ).
 
Can you pls help me? Or suggest any web link were I can find some info on where to eat?
