Thanks to those who responded to my request for info on restaurants and
grocery stores in these areas. I didn’t receive any suggestions about
Kissimmee, but got these replies about Lexington:
 
 
Health Food Store:
 
Good Foods Market & Café (co-op) 455 Southland Drive, 859-278-1813
 
Wild Oats Natural Marketplace – 161 Lexington Green Circle 859-971-8600
 
Restaurants:
 
P.F. Changs China Bistro – 3405 Nicholasville Road 859-271-1165
 
Wendy’s – several in the area, but beware of french fries (most cook
breaded items in the same oil as the fries).
 
Mi Mexico – just south of the intersection of Man O’ War and Richmond
Road on Richmond Road --- I’ve had their fajitas without problems
(specify corn tortillas and avoid the pre-meal nacho chips)
