Summary: major US stores that do NOT carry a good selection of GF foods

It seems that there are still a few large grocery chains that do not carry many GF foods. This is especially true in rural areas. It’s a good thing so much is available by mail order!  Here’s a short list of store names that are lacking in GF foods:
  Dillon’s
  various Wal-Marts
  various Food Lions
  Shopper Food warehouses
I hope this means that the vast majority of chains DO carry  a nice selection of GFfoods!
