Dear List Members,

I would like to repeat a note I got recently from another member
regarding a good source of contamination free cornmeal. Here it is...

====
If you're looking for a source for uncontaminated, wheat-free corn meal,I've
 got just the place. It's called Lamb's Grist Mill, Rt. 1 Box 66,Hillsboro,
 TX 76645, 817-582-2405.  It's a small operation run by a neatelderly woman.
 It's been operating for many years and they process ONLYcorn, so there are
 no contamination issues. Last spring the price for 24pounds (in 2 pound
 bags) was only $10. However, the shipping cost meanother $14 (I live in
 upstate NY). So at a total cost of $1 per pound Igot some really great corn
 meal.

I've no connection with this company other than being a satisfiedcustomer.
