my husband, not celiac, loves hot dogs and is always trying out all sorts of
brands of wieners.  He found "Harvest" brand, and right on the package it
states 'gluten-free'.  They are sold at Save On Foods in Sherwood Park,
Alberta, so I would suspect any Save On store would carry them.  They're
quite good on a Kinnikinnick english muffin.  Matter of fact, I'm going to
chow down on TWO of them right now.
