I purchase Ancient Harvest brand of Quinoa, made in the U.S.A. It states
right on the packet "delicious gluten-free pasta". Knowing how cautious
companies are to commit themselves to such statements, this company--Quinoa
Corporation, Ca--must be pretty confident to put this declaration on their
product. Furthermore, as the packet also bears the seal of approval from the
Canadian Celiac Association, one has to wonder what further reassurances are
necessary.

It would, however, be interesting to hear from celiac associations in other
countries on this subject of Quinoa.
