I was just sitting here wondering how many of us have been biopsy proven and
how many are following the diet because it works, but haven't been biopsied.
 I would be willing to post results to the list if you would all send Email
to me and answer the following questions:

biopsy-- yes or no
how long have you been diagnosed?
CD and/or DH?
How hard is the diet to follow?

This is totally unscientific.  I'm just curious, but I think it might help to
know what everyone is dealing with and how many are self-diagnosed, have had
a hard time with doctors, etc.  I will keep all answers confidential.
