At the suggestion of someone on the list, I emailed Applegate Farms in NJ. I
got this wonderful response back. For my family, it is not only the gluten,
but the predominence of soybean in foods lately, that cause so many problems.
I was so excited to get this message. Also the fact that their products are
range-fed and antibotic and preservative free makes it a very desirable
product, in my opinion. There is so much negative evidence about
preservatives, especially nitrates and sulfites. I don't want my
grandchildren eating them (those with and without CD and the food
intolerances.) This looks like a great option. I hope that I can find it in
the store since I have not received a message yet about availability. Carol
