Greetings! I have seen many requests for information on traveling to
specific locations, and how to cope. This message is on a place I
traveled to and found WONDERFUL for the gluten free diet. I was in
Costa Rica for 9 days, and was the best I've been in a long time. They
don't bread everything, lots of fresh fruit, and I could eat like a
normal person- NOT having to check every food out. There was bread out
in the morning, but LOTS I could fill up on. Rice and beans is a
staple. Fish, chicken, and beef not breaded and served on a bun. So if
you are looking for a place to travel- GO! It is very stable politicaly
and economicly also.

I have no connection with the country that I could in anyway profit from
anyone going there!
