I am going to Vietnam in about 2 weeks time for a week of business (Ho Chi
Mihn City) and my Doctor has prescribed Doryx (Doxycycline) 100mg for
malaria protection.
 
I note that it contains Wheat Starch which, according to the printed matter
accompanying the pills, contains Gluten. Does any other reader know of an
alternative that I may suggest, with respect, to my doctor. Do I need to
bother in HCMC or do I bathe in insect repellant and appear eccentric.
 
Any suggestions would be most welcome.
 
Whilst I am looking forward to the trip, I am a little apprehensive about
finding a GF diet as a Coeliac.
