Hi!  I saw an Indian food demonstration today using rice flakes.  The dish
she prepared was delicious, but I am looking for other uses for the rice
flakes she used.  I am trying to feed 2 little boys and I thought I had read
awhile ago a conversation about rice flakes.  I am not sure when or what or
even if anyone wrote about them.    I also am hoping they are GF.
