Hi All, I just checked with Penzey's spices regarding their products -
both individual spices and spice mixes.  Almost all of their products
are GF (see quoted message below).  Their website is www.penzeys.com,
and their phone # is 1-800-741-7787.  I have no affiliation with this
company, other than being a happy customer for the past 3-4 years -- I
have ordered a tremendous variety of goodies and have never been disappointed.

They answered my query as follows:

"Dear Nancy, We do not use any anti-caking agents in our spices, nor are
they processed with wheat products. Our taco seasoning has flour and our
soup bases contain autolyzed yeast, other than that, you should be safe.
Many of our celiac customers stay away from processed foods as much as
possible, when they shop for spices they tend to choose single items
such as peppercorns, basil, etc.
