Since osteoporosis seems to be such a problem with so many celiacs, I
thought some of you might be interested in this report. I would guess
blindly that if it works for  postmenopausal bone loss, it might well work
for celiacs also. Certainly for the older ones. -vance


Yearly intravenous zoledronic acid may be effective for postmenopausal
OSTEOPOROSIS An annual infusion of zoledronic acid increases bone
mineral density as effectively as daily oral dosing of other bisphosphonates.
