I phoned customer service. Best way to describe customer service phonecall was useless.  Girl was ignorant and shortsighted. Was too focused on telling me there is no wheat in a potato itself, (ya!)  than on clarifying discrepancies and omissions in their menu.  So I'm sending a snail mail letter to corporate. Will take time.
