Thanks to a member's recent post, I took a look
at Wendy's online GF list. I don't know where I
had gotten the idea, but at some point I had
believed the fries were gf if fried in a
dedicated fryer. The fries obviously don't
appear on the list any longer. Does anyone know
if this is due to a cross-contamination issue
(like a dedicated fryer?) or has the ingredients
changed? I took a look at the ingredients for
the french fries and I didn't see anything that
specifically set-off my gluten-alarm but that
doesn't mean gluten isn't in there. Does anyone
have any ideas? Thanks! Samantha
