Rolf, a felow New York celiac, tipped me off to Annie Chung Rice
Noodles (plain and basil varieties) sold at Williams Sonoma. When I
went to the store, I discovered that Annie Chung also makes sauces and
marinades.
It took Annie Chung in California a good two months to respond to
my request for information, and even then they somehow managed to
transform my name (such an exotic, difficult one, too) into Melody.
This, to my efficient New York mind, does not bode well for the
products, although I will admit that the plain rice noodles are quite
good.
The rice noodles, both flavors, are GF. The sauces and marinades
all contain gluten.
                         Regards to all,

           Mary in NYC
