Hello All,

Re Wheat starch once again. Like many I imagine, I was more
than a bit concerned on reading Graeme's very full posting about
the pros and cons - all cons in fact - of wheat starch made
according to the Codex Alimentarius. What throws me as much as
anything is that it adds to the confusion - one authority says one
thing, another another. And what is the Coeliac Society of the UK
doing advising coeliacs that it's OK to eat, if in fact research
indicates it isn't? Or does other research indicate something else?

Accordingly, I've forwarded the email on the to the Coeliac Society,
and look forward to their comments. If there's sufficient interest, I'll
post their reply.
