Hey, Listmates! I'm sure many of you have had Danna Korn e-mail you with
helpful information from time to time on the list. When I asked for
advice on where to safely eat when planning a trip to San Diego, Danna
immediately responded with loads of suggestions since she lives in San
Diego. I found out when e-mailing back and forth that she has a child
with celiac disease.

I was surprised and excited to see there was an article about her family
in the San Diego Union-Tribune last month. She formed a support group,
Raising Our Celiac Kids (R.O.C.K.), in 1991. She's helped many a parent
in understanding and coping with this disease. The article also stated
that she's written a book. I would just like to congratulate Danna on
the wonderful work she is doing.
