Wow, I got so many responses, you folks are truly wonderful and so willing
to help! :>) Thank you so much...I know I didn't spell  it correctly and was
given the correct spelling and the site address.  One  gal said the way she
remembered the spelling was to break it down like  this:
 kinni  kinni  ck.  This helps with that tricky name  spelling...another,
Lucy Shriver from the Gluten Free Kitchen not only sent the  web address I was
looking for but included this link to her web site that has  the addresses of
many GF vendors, publications, recipes, etc. Go to
