I have seen many requests for a GF broth.  Superior Quality Foods
makes 4 GF and MSG free "Better than Bouillon" products:  Chicken
base, Beef base, Vegetable base and Chili base.  They come in small
jars and have a long shelf life and longer refrigerator life.  I
talked to Todd Morris (June 1995) who claims to have investigated
these products very thoroughly because of many inquiries about
gluten. The vegetable protein is from soy and the caramel color
from sucrose.

I also spoke with Inez Codeus in Consumer Relations to find out
where these products are distributed--a partial list follows.
