Recently someone asked about a breakfast cereal a bit more filling than
Puffed Rice.

In my local supermarket, I discovered:

Breadshop's Crispy Rice 'n' Corn Flakes

Ingredients list: Corn Flakes (Degermed Corn Meal, Salt), Crisp Brown Rice,
Honey.

Despite the mention of honey, this is NOT a sweetened-tasting cereal. The
nice thing was that it was available in the supermarket--not the regular
cereal aisle, but in the "natural-health-organic foods" section. The company
apparently makes other cereals that are not gf, and I have no idea about the
manufacturing environment for this particular product. The supermarket was
located on Long Island.
