I have been invited to be part of a People to People Ambassador Program
delegation scheduled to visit China in Sept. 2003. Have any of you had the
opportunity to be part of this organization or travel to China? I'm trying
to determine the feasibility of making this trip and remaining gluten free.
The information indicates that "the contents of food products cannot be
controlled during travel and all special dietary needs are the
responsibility of the delegate." Since it is rather expensive to go and
meals are included in the price, I'm just weighing my options before making
my decision. Any advice would be welcome.

Thanks in advance,

Sue
