Some people has asked me some explanations about rice polish.  Here it is:
I buy Rice Polish at health food store, brand:  Ener-g Food.

Here is what is explained on the box:
Ener-g Food Polish is taken off brown rice during the process of making
white rice.  It contains part of the rice germ and bran, and provides a
higher contand of vitamins and iron then either brown and white rice.  In
addition, rice polish is composed of the natural fibers that is being
recommended by many doctors.
