I recently purchased some salad dressing at the health food store that
appears GF (rice vinegar, etc.) BUT it contains keltrol - a natural
emulsifier.
Does anyone have a clue what this might be? If it's natural, I assume it must
be some form of plant or animal life, so it might be GF,  but I have
allergies to numerous other things.
