Listmates,

With the Jewish New Year just two weeks away, I'm wondering if anyone has
been able to successfully produce a challah. I tried Bette Hagman's recipe
once in my bread machine & basically got a goopy mess.

I'd prefer a recipe that doesn't require a bread machine.

I'll be happy to let you all know how I do. If anyone is interested,  I've
converted my mom's honey cake recipe to a gf cake & it turns out beautifully!
