Hello,

In about 2 weeks I will be driving across country to
move from Massachusetts to California. I have no clue
how to stay on the GF diet while traveling in a car
for 10 days and not spending a lot of money eating at
more respectable restaurants for every meal. Most of
my meals now consist of some sort of frozen bread or
entree (whether purchased that way or if I cooked and
froze several dinners in advance). However, those are
obvioulsy not an option since there is no way to keep
them frozen and no way to defrost them. So, please
share your experiences traveling long distances while
on the GF diet and what works and what doesn't? I
would really, really appreciate it! I will summarize.

Thanks!
Kristin
