I was the Dean of Students of a large NYC High School and the one who was called in to id drugs. I took a graduate level course in Marijuana given by a govern't scientist who was doing the research on the drug. The results were scary

Marijuana changes dna which is passed on from generation to generation. "Heavy" smoking, according to scientists, is one or two joints per day. Hell, I know kids who did that on their lunch break

When mice were exposed to "haavy" smoke in the first trimestre, they aborted. When exposed during the second and third, the off=spring had hollow kidneys whkch is picked up only in autopsy, no lower jaw, significantly smaller birth rates. The rates got higher with succeedintg generations.

Another very interesting pt, is that there was no special ed until after the Vietman war when pot smoking was a big thing. Whereas most educational changes come from the bottom up, special ed came from the govern't down. A friend, the head of special ed has stated that the govern't knew about the side effects of pot smoking.

The scientist held the worst for last....smoking pot leads to non-specific infertility. I helped out with adoptions from Brasil. Most of the prospective parents did suffer from non-specific infertility. When we became friendly, I asked them if they smoked pot in college.....guess what...YES

The scientist was particularly worried about future generations because the problems with pot got worse with succeeding generations.

One last note...when I worked for our govern't in Korea, I saw 3 guys get a really bad reaction to pot. The three of them, [at different times] went beserk and wound up in mental instituions. When I left working for the army a year and a half later, they were all still in mental instutions. Yes, and we did see the results of testing and all that they had ingested was pot.

Now, you can ignore this if you like, but think what you are passing on to your grandchildren.
