My brother bought me some Nestle Nesquick Cocoa that is GF/CF.
I haven't had a chance to try it yet though, so I can't tell you if it
tastes particularly good or not.

Buy Vances Chocolate at www.vancesfoods.com. I like their plain, and
the chocolate is a bit too chocolatey for me, so I mix a little vanilla
in, too. But you may like it just as is.

Alternatively, buy their vanilla and add your own cocoa powder and
sugar. Their stuff comes in 1 "quart" containers of dry mix that
reconstitute to 6 quarts of liquid (for the plain), I think it's less
for the chocolate, maybe 4 or 5.

Whole Foods Market has a brand (their own) of Hot Chocolate that I like. It
is organic, gluten and dairy free. Check them out. And as always read the
labels in case they had an ingredient change. Plus pure organic cocoa w./
added Billington's sugar and gf vanilla extract in almond milk works for me
when I feel like making mine from scratch!

I got "Country Choice" instant cocoa mix at a health food store in northern
Calif. Their website is www.countrychoicenaturals.com. I have not called to
verify its gf status, but the ingredients are cane juice, soy powder, rice
syrup solids, non-alkaline cocoa powder, sea salt, natural vanilla powder,
guar gum (natural mint flavor in the "irish chocolate mint").

We use a cup of Vance's Dairy Free, and one or two
teaspoons each of Hershey's Cocoa (plain baking cocoa) and sugar.

You can use Nestle's Chocolate Quick. I use it for my son -who is g/cf.
