Hi, list --

Evidently, in Canada the process for making brown and golden sugars
involves only sugar products -- plus an anti-caking ingredient (which my
correspondent does not mention might be wheat starch) but suspects in the
US the sugar refining process includes substances that include gluten. Does
anyone know about the US process?

Thanks - Mary Brown
