Interesting response to the suggestion of using sliced raw potatoes in
place of pasta in lasagna.

Everyone who responded was enthusiastic....

Several suggested using the potato pastas on the market.

Others suggested using eggplant, sliced the long way.  {I have had this
rolled up around a filling...called rollatini. Excellent]
Two others suggested polenta.

One person uses corn tortillas or even gf nacho chips.

They all sound delicious.  Nice change
